Refund policy
All items are final sale and non-refundable.
Every piece is hand blown and hand painted therefore any small blemishes or imperfections in the glass are part of the glass blowing process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hrs) if the item is damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send an email to iszm@rogers.com with a detailed explanation of the breakage and supporting photographs.
